Introduction

Forms for each of the online assessments can be:

  1. Emailed to the client for completion, scored and report generated instantly,
  2. Printed (for paper and pencil administration), then responses are entered into the system for instant scoring & report generation or
  3. Administered onscreen/online.

You can choose to receive an email notification once your client completes the assessment. Then score & generate your client’s report instantly.

!!! Please keep your own record of each form ID which you email out to your client. Without the form ID it might be difficult to relocate a past form.

Getting Started

To login to your new MAC account, go to www.mhsassessments.com/mac/login

(save this link to your ‘Favourites’ or ‘Bookmarks’ for ease of reference)

Enter your ID (your email address) and password as emailed to you directly by the publisher MHS.

First, create a New Folder to be able to access forms you have purchased.

Click “email alerts” to receive an email notification once your client completes an assessment.

Ordering more Forms

To order online forms for your MAC Account please go to PAA website, add the tests you are interested in to your cart and place a minimum order of any 10 online forms. Pay by credit card.

Alternately, if you are a school or government department you may email a purchase order for the online forms that you wish to order to info@paa.com.au

The online forms will be transferred into your MAC Account overnight. Tax Invoice/Receipt and confirmation number will be emailed to you the next business day.

Please quote your email address associated with your MAC Account when re-ordering forms to ensure they are transferred to the correct MAC Account.

Multi MAC Account Users

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Why can’t I see my forms in my account?

  • A: In order to access your forms you must first create a folder. Please refer to the User Guide Manual for instructions on how to do this. Also check  you are logged into the account the forms were transferred to.

Q: What is the minimum quantity of online forms I can order?

  • A: A minimum of 10 online forms must be ordered via our website per order. These 10 forms may comprise of a combination of any MHS Online Assessment Center forms. Visit this page to view all of our available online forms for this platform.

Q: How do I reset my password?

  • A: Call us on 02 9589 0011 or Email info@paa.com.au
  • Request a password reset
  • State your email address linked to your  MAC Account
  • Your password will be reset by next business day
  • Note: Do not use the ‘password reset‘ link on the MAC Website, as this is only for US Customers

Q: How long does it take for the online forms to appear in my MAC account?

  • A: If you place your order before 4pm on  a business day the online forms will appear in your MAC Account the next day.

Q: Where do I order more online forms for my MAC Account?

  • A: To order online forms for your MAC Account please go to https://paa.com.au/mhs-assessment-centre-products/ (You can also find this page by clicking  ‘Online Assessments’ in the main menu of our site, then ‘View Tests’). Add the test you are interested in to your cart and place a minimum order of any 10 online forms and pay by credit card.  The online forms will be transferred overnight into your MAC Account and you will be emailed a Tax Invoice/Receipt and confirmation number the next business day.
  • Please quote your email address linked to your MAC account when re-ordering forms to ensure they are transferred to the correct MAC Account.
  • Alternately if you are a school or government department your may email or fax a purchase order for the online forms that you wish to order (minimum order of 10 online forms) and a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you the next business day.
