Please be advised that Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) are actively moving towards digital solutions and are making changes to the availability of the Conners 3rd Edition (Conners 3®) paper products currently in use.
Therefore, as of December 31, 2023, MHS will discontinue the sale of all Conners 3 paper products (Quikscore/handscored forms and manuals). The following products will no longer be available for purchase by their distributors, partners and customers:

Discontinuation of Conners 3® Digital Credits
Please note that MHS does not currently have a date for the discontinuation of digital credits of the Conners 3® as this will be determined by the release date of the Conners 4™ multi-rater report. We will be sure to communicate with you prior to both the release of the Conners 4™ multi-rater report and the discontinuation of digital credits of the Conners 3®.
