Assessment solutions that make a difference
See where you are. Know where you’re going.
At PAA Direct, our mission is to help people understand where they are today so they can pursue their best tomorrow.
That’s because we understand that self-knowledge is at the heart of creating positive change people want to see in their lives and the lives of those around them.
The way we achieve our mission is by listening to, learning about and partnering with the people who reach out to us.
From these collaborations and the expert assessment skills and knowledge our team bring to each conversation, are tailored insights about the unique capabilities of the people we see.
Identify unique capabilities
To help us pinpoint the unique capabilities of each person we meet, we use a variety of psychological assessments, including cognitive ability tests (intelligence), literacy and numeracy skills tests, as well as tests for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Intelligence (IQ)
Comprehensive cognitive evaluations to measure intellectual abilities while providing insights into cognitive strengths and areas for development.
ADHD
Our test consultants can screen and provide educational insights for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Literacy
We can assess literacy proficiency and screen for dyslexia. Moreover, our team can identify reading strengths and weaknesses and can provide targeted support strategies.
Numeracy
Our testing specialists provide evaluative assessment of mathematical skills, particularly the identification of individuals with additional learning needs and high potential/gifted students.
Get started
Contact Us
We love helping people gain a better understanding of where they are today so they can pursue their best tomorrow. Sometimes though, other medical professionals, such as a GP, might be a better starting point on this journey. That’s why we speak to people, first, to make sure that we’re the right service for them.
Meet Us
Once we’ve spoken and we’ve made sure that we’re able to help people understand their unique capabilities, we invite you to come meet us in our CBD office to discuss how we can help you get the insights you’re after.
Assess
To help paint an accurate picture of where a person is today, we gather as much relevant information as we can. This usually includes talking, reading through relevant information, such as school reports and things like NAPLAN results and carrying out one or more psychological tests, as needed.
Results
After putting all the relevant information together, including any psychological test results, we generate a comprehensive report outlining, in clear language, peoples’ unique capability profile. We also include tailored recommendations, specific to each person.
Follow-Up
We offer everyone we see an over the phone, online, or face-to-face follow-up to receive feedback about about how we can improve our services and to answer any questions people might have about their results and their experience with us.
