How to print a paper form

You can access PDF versions of the assessments to print and distribute to raters. You can then use the portal to score the responses.

 

To print a paper form

1. Select the Print Paper Forms icon for a product. This could be on the Express Launcher page or a product landing page.A list of available forms appears.
2. Select a form by clicking Print Form in the right column.The PDF of the form appears.
3. Click the Print icon to send the form directly to your printer.
4. Once the form is printed, distribute it to your raters.

Note: There is no charge for printing a form; you can print as many forms as you want. Uses of the form will not be deducted until you score and generate a report.
