The Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS) is a self-report measure of three trait dimensions: self-oriented, other-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism.  This 45-item questionnaire explores the motivational, interpersonal and cognitive aspects of perfectionist behaviour and relates characteristics of perfectionists to mental and physical health problems, relationship problems and achievement difficulties.
